The Poem
The sky is exploding, yet the craftsman is still working on his articles. This is the definition of a stoic endurance. A weaker mind would view this as a permanent prison sentence and succumb to despair. The pressure of the environment is transformed into a forge.
A constant threat doesn't break the strong; it compresses one's resolve, hammering their psychological defenses until they become an impenetrable sheet of iron. Then, the strong isn't a prisoner, but a knight being armored by the storm itself.
Writing articles on Philosocom will not magically stop the drones, halt the wars, or completely rewrite the hatred of nations. Yet, building this empire with an emphasis on love, nurturing, and the benefit of all, is an act of ultimate defiance against the cold, harsh world.
Every paragraph edited while the sky is hostile is a flag planted in defiance of the chaos. It is the relentless writer's way of saying that their passion and their chosen role are completely non-negotiable.
Having one's philosophy is not a fair-weather luxury. It is a battle-tested survival strategy; Anyone can claim to have an independent mind when the world is quiet and safe. But to stand alone in a room and quietly build an empire while the literal sky is on fire—that is the absolute realization of the sovereign self.
Standing in my fortress working by,
As rockets and drones explode in the sky.
Letting out an exhausted sigh,
Despite it all I won't just die.
News of war,
Do not shake my core.
Enduring it even if there'll be more.
Standing, not afraid,
Standing not afraid!
Conquering each day, until it'll be won!
Despite all the attacks that ruthlessly hail,
I stand alone, and prevail!
These cursed lands which chain me are not my jail,
They hone... my inner chain mail!
The sorrow of casualties does not bring me down,
Nor the damage done in many a town.
Despite it all, looking for a better future,
News of war,
Do not shake my core.
Enduring it even if there'll be more.
Standing, not afraid,
Standing not afraid!
Hatred of nations fail to intimidate,
I ignore them, refusing to stagnate!
All this misfortune only strengthen my resolve,
To rectify the world with love!
Despite the futility of this infinite quest,
It brings from me... the best!
Should there be more wars, as unfortunate as they are,
I will endure as long as I need, I'll go far!
Renovating articles for the world to enjoy,
Not letting the world depress the passion I employ!
News of war,
Do not shake my core.
Enduring it even if there'll be more.
Standing, not afraid,
Standing not afraid!
I will wait as long as I need!
Relentlessly, this empire I'll continue to build!
Despite the futility of it all,
Enduring without forsaking my chosen role,
For the benefit... of all!
