The Rubinshteinic Traditionalist Path of the Craftsman

As AI technology marches forward, it threatens to take away from us not only jobs but also our passions. AI is there as a tool to provide us things we want at our request, but it comes at the cost of taking away traditional paths to get what we want.

As such, AI fosters laziness, as all we need to do is to ask for it to create something for us and it creates. If we don't collaborate with AI, all AI does it create it our request, at the cost of the discipline and virtue that comes from genuine human effort.

Genuine human effort at things in life breeds virtue. It develops our experience and make us strong. As long as we seek to replace it with AI technology, we will, by proxy, take away our virtue, our strength and our discipline.

We live in a morally depraved world, where money dictates what's important and what's not for many people. As a traditionalist I refuse partaking in such a world, and instead I carve my own path -- a more-traditional approach to life. I save money by living in asceticism, and seek to develop discipline and virtue by writing articles and by going on long walks.

Over-reliance on technology and purely-AI work take away genuine human effort, required to create unique human craftsmanship. Sticking to tradition comes at the price of not moving on with this world's trends, but it comes at the reward of being loyal to yourself while developing virtue that comes from human work.

Human work is not only there for the money. Human work can also be done voluntary, like what I'm doing with Philosocom. The more I work on this site, the more disciplined and virtuous I become as I also get to help others.

I am biased towards my own tradition as an article craftsman because I shed away the need for ease in this life. The more I stick to difficulty, the stronger I get. Strength comes not only from going to the gym, but also sticking to traditionalist routes.

The people of old, before the days of the industrial revolution, were strong. They were strong because they had to be strong. Their strength allowed them to survive the hard times of the past and manage lives before technology made things a lot more comfortable.

While I still use technology, I have a very traditionalist approach to it. I see technology, like this computer, as work tools, rather as strictly forms of entertainment. I don't use my smartphone much, and my presence on social media is heavily limited by my own decision. Whenever I use AI, I mainly focus on artistic pursuits with it, while I add in my own human touch.

I use technology like it was in the 2000's, rather than how it is today. I have a website in an age where many websites are gone, and I write manually even though AI can do the work for me.

I do not seek material wealth. I am doing this for the passion and for helping others. I am a traditional writer in a world that rapidly changes.

Tradition in a rapidly changing world is the only way to resist the changes. In a rapidly changing route you either follow the tyranny of trends to stay relevant, or stick to your own truth and focus on what you want to do, irrespective of the changing times.

I choose to stick to my own traditional path of article-crafting and website managing because that is what gives me satisfaction in life. I am not going to let AI take away what makes me satisfied in life. I am not going to let the desires of others dictate what I am going to do in life. Instead, I am going to stick to my own tradition as if the AI revolution hasn't occurred because AI is there not only to give us comfort, but take away our passions.

Let's say you want to film a movie. Nowadays AI can make a movie for you. The very notion that gives us comfort, is also there to replace our passions.

But the problem with what is, that nothing can take away our passions. Our passions stem from our heart, and by following the path of our hearts, we develop virtue and rectify ourselves from vice. While I criticized always listening to our hearts, I have also found out that following our hearts' desire can make us more content beings.

So I do not even cater, instead I follow my tradition of writing what I want. In a rapidly-changing world, to keep up with the times, we might need to compromise our hearts and become heartless, instead doing what others want and not what we want.

But being heartless and strictly doing what others want comes at the price of compromising ourselves and our virtue. Here at Philosocom you have a genuine website owner who just wants to contribute in his own way and write whatever he wants for free. By sticking to this tradition, I develop a unique philosophical empire that stands enduring the trends of our rapidly changing world.

I write with all my heart because I seek not only to contribute to you but to also be fulfilled myself. In my eyes, serving both you and me is the key to a life worth living. When you focus only on others, and not on yourself, you might get more views, but it comes at the cost of compromising your personal hopes and dreams, doing things you don't like for the sake of survival and/or incentive.

The Rubinshteinic Traditionalist Path is all about considering what you want to do irrespective of the world around you. Choosing this path brings you satisfaction at the cost of being more esoteric. This Path is all about following your own truths as a way to transform the world in your own way.

The rapidly changing world, according to this approach, can change all it wants, while you can stick to your own traditions as long as you want. The notion that we always have to keep up with the times, is a fallacy and a delusion of necessity.

Through following your own traditions, you can be happy in your own way. Your traditions, while creating a certain incompatibility with the rest of the world, at least will make you satisfied.

And satisfaction is what I'm looking for by carving my own traditionalist path. I think that a life that is only meant to generate revenue is a hollow one. There must be more meaning, more passion, for a life that is well lived.

And in the end the Rubinshteinic Traditionalist Path is all about satisfying oneself in one's own ways in a world that won't do it for you. It is not egocentric when you use your traditions like I do it -- to contribute to the world at large.

I am not going to let AI nor popular demands take away my passions. I will never give up on Philosocom because that is what makes me happy and satisfied -- contributing to the world according to my own way -- The way of the article craftsman.

And I'm not going to let anything take away my way of living. By living ascetically, I save money, allowing me to survive, and while there is no need to do things regards to survival, I work on the site and work towards contribution.

Should we keep up with the times at the sacrifice of our passions? I think doing so will come at the cost of our overall wellbeing, and thus I refuse, for the sake of my wellbeing, to keep up with the times.

I think that we are meant to actualize our merits, irrespective of tools that can replace it. Our passions exist within us for a reason, and they don't necessarily exist just for oneself. They exist for others to enjoy from as well. Since keeping up with the times means sacrificing one's passions, I refuse to do so. I instead prefer to be critical of the influences of AI on humanity, because everything that we choose to do comes at a cost.

And if to do something, do so under your own terms. That's the only way to be happy.

And while I also criticized following our own passions, as long as our passions don't do harm to anyone or to oneself, there is no reason, in my eyes, not to follow our passions. Tradition is best kept and lived with passion for a craft.
