This Fortress Deserves to Be Broken (Poem)

Updated: 8 minutes ago

Futuristic fortress on a red rocky mountain under a vibrant sky with clouds. Logo text: "PHILOSOCOM Article Empire" in the corner.

(Several sources:

Deep inside, I know what I lust,

And despite circumstance,

I'll do what I indeed must.

To break my fortress.

To swing her weapon and,

Break my fortress.

I built it in honor for it,

To be broken.

Walls raised tall and high just,

To be broken!

[pause]

A glorious battle,

Of destruction!

Of what I built inside,

Be pushed aside!

Turrets smashed,

For they will be unmatched,

By a love so strong,

It breaks my walls!

We are too fortified,

Too afraid,

For due to evil we're too traumatized,

So we build fortresses,

Just to suffer inside!

Claim you love,

Yet you avoid hug.

Your words are empty,

When your fortress feels necessary.

I want a heartful intruder,

To break my fortress.

To swing her weapon and,

Break my fortress.

I built it in honor for it,

To be broken.

Walls raised tall and high just,

To be broken.

[pause]

We are imprisoned in

Our own fortresses.

Love will be granted as token,

When they are broken.

Fortresses are built because,

The heart's too broken.

Even the strongest of fortresses,

So I will lure,

The smartest of foes,

And see if they can oppose,

What's under their nose!

My abnormality...

It's all part of,

My master plan!

To test if I can be loved,

For the man I am!
