**************************

There isn't much to do,

Other than see it through,

That the world shall hear,

Of my name, not due to you!

So hear what I wish to attain,

What I so crave to gain:

Unlike you, I can be forgotten,

So I claim: Rubinshtein!

You've ignored me,

In these lonely hallways,

So I will make the world see,

So hear what I wish to attain,

What I so crave to gain:

Unlike you, I can be forgotten,

So I claim: Rubinshtein!

Your own "helping",

So hear what I wish to attain,

What I so crave to gain:

Unlike you, I can be forgotten,

So I claim: Rubinshtein!

But each new connection,

Gives my joy such a tip!

So hear what I wish to attain,

What I so crave to gain:

Unlike you, I can be forgotten,

So I claim: Rubinshtein!

I'm not even that important!

And because of this,

So hear what I wish to attain,

What I so crave to gain:

Unlike you, I can be forgotten,

So I claim: Rubinshtein!

Even if logically baseless,

It's my greatest of fears!

So hear what I have to say,

You soon-to-be-a-wife!

Not much love in my life!

I thank you so,

For bringing this up!

Now I have a lifetime, and a song,

You've done all the required mistakes,

And now I thank you so,

Dozens of years, they will take,

A lifetime of work,

Can be left in the dust!

A greater audience is a "must"!

I am aware I am obsessive,

But it runs deeply in my mind!

Of one's potential, I am possessive,

To deliver it to humankind!

Post-Poem Ruminations

My name was never Tom with a Teth... I gave her my first book, and she still did not remember... my name.

And to think I trusted a stranger so naively; A stranger, I deluded myself, that knows me. I "mustn't" commit the same mistake once more. I must plan more carefully.

I prefer a life of solitude, more than having someone who can pretend you do not exist, once more. A boycott of one, back then, only to fail at helping me.

Backstabbing... is such a regular feature in our lives.
