Rules For Commenters and Guest Writers From Mr. Rubinshtein (PIN)

Updated: Jun 5

A nice building.

To all readers, commenters, and writers:

Thanks for taking the time and energy to read my articles. It shows that philosophy is relevant even today, and might be relevent even further.

For your understanding, any article without the specified name of its author in the title, has been written by Mr. Tomasio Rubinshtein.

For commenters:

I've set a few rules for you when it comes to commenting. Please note that I'm free to change them whenever I'd like. However, I think these basic rules are sufficent and would not require much change/addition.

Here they are:

  1. Be respectful. I want to respect you like I want you to respect me. It doesn't mean criticism is not allowed. Constructive criticism is welcomed, but not personal attacks (AKA, the ad-hominem fallacy). For more on respect, click here.

  2. No spam (unsolicited ads and so on), unless logically connected to the article you're commenting on.

  3. No disturbing visuals such as images and videos (P*rn, gore and so on).

  4. By commenting, you agree to these terms.

If you have any useful feedback regarding these 3 rules, feel free to sign up, comment or send me an e-mail message.

For Guest Writers:

There are a few points I'd like to make:

1. The guest posts do not necessarily align with my, Mr. Tomasio Rubinshtein's beliefs, thoughts, or feelings. The point of guest posts is to allow a wide range of narratives from a wide range of people.

2. The guest writers are free to make requests regarding the editing of their content. The request will be handled whenever I have the time and energy.

3. The guest writers transfer their content's responsibility to me, the person who owns Philosocom. It is my job manage it. Feedback on your content from commenters is my responsibility to handle, whatever that feedback may be. As such, I may allow myself to talk with you on said feedback, but you, the guest writers, are free to dismiss it.

4. All content that isn't aren't comments, goes through my supervision.

5. All Philosocom content is only to be removed by the current head's decision, and the head reserves all rights to all Philosocom content.

6. No guest writer is limited in terms of content. It means that you can offer contributions without capacity. Don't spam, however.

7. Volunteering contributors are not promised monetary gain.

8. By being a Philosocom Contributor/Guest Writer, you agree to these terms.

To apply your submission, send a message to my e-mail address, along with your submission: mrtomasio@philosocom.com. Your submissions can also be translated in the future, should they be accepted.

Ghosting:

I will not ghost guest writers when I made a commitment with them. I expect them to not ghost as well.

Regards,

Mr. Tomasio Rubinshtein
