1. Killing yourself is also killing your possibilities throughout the rest of your life. The dead cannot create or invest their time after all.
2. Suicide isn't necessarily something that happens because the suicidal hate life but because they wish to escape their current situation in life. The fallacy in that is that even unfortunate circumstances may pass with time. Patience is thus preferred over suicide.
And finally,
3. Suicide affects the world as well even if you are not well known. Family, friends, pets -- all will be scarred or even traumatized when someone decides to kill themselves.
Therefore due to these reasons, it is far better to develop endurance, patience and hope than to die prematurely, especially because life contains so many things to do, to discover.
