Ms. Chen (Poem)

Updated: Feb 22

(Inspired by the 2000's classic "Dragostea Din Tei" by O-Zone)

Loneliness,

Frustration,

Irrelevancy,

The Great Third Foes,

Of my life,

Of my mind,

Of my site,

Of my world.

[X2]

Greetings, I am,

Tomasio, Rubinshtein.

My path, is far from over,

For there is more work, to be done.

Solitude, my eternal companion,

Will aid me, in this battle,

For recognition,

For my hidden goal,

To be heard by a specific person.

One day I'll show her,

Ms. Ms. Chen,

Ms. Ms. Chen,

Ms. Ms. Ms. Chen,

When the world will recognize my name,

Maybe then in her eyes I'll not be the current same.

One day I'll show her,

Ms. Ms. Chen,

Ms. Ms. Chen.

Ms. Ms. Ms. Chen,

When the entire world shall recognize my name,

I will show her that I'm indeed relevant.

Days pass by, in my headphones,

In my hermitage, in the mountains.

I rarely speak, to anyone,

Who isn't, a follower of mine.

Coffee, yes coffee,

It is the very thing,

That makes me happy,

To move on,

In my quest

For world domination.

One day I'll show her,

Ms. Ms. Chen,

Ms. Ms. Chen,

Ms. Ms. Ms. Chen,

When the world will recognize my name,

Maybe then in her eyes I'll not be the current same.

One day I'll show her,

Ms. Ms. Chen,

Ms. Ms. Chen.

Ms. Ms. Ms. Chen,

When the entire world shall recognize my name,

I will show her that I'm indeed relevant.

Much left to write,

Much left to contribute,

Much left to offer,

Much left to be done.

Much left to inspire,

Much left to inquire,

Much left to write,

Much left to aspire for.

[X2]

One day I'll show her,

Ms. Ms. Chen,

Ms. Ms. Chen,

Ms. Ms. Ms. Chen,

When the world will recognize my name,

Maybe then in her eyes I'll not be the current same.

One day I'll show her,

Ms. Ms. Chen,

Ms. Ms. Chen.

Ms. Ms. Ms. Chen,

When the entire world shall recognize my name,

I will show her that I'm indeed relevant.
